The goal of this project was the conversion of the former FIAT ‘Cobra’ car dealership into administrative and management spaces: the external facades were redesigned, while the exterior and interior spaces were renovated and adapted to their new function.
The overlapping of a new “skin” made it possible to improve the energy performance and the aesthetic appearance of the building itself. Also the pedestrian entrance to Via Pusterla was renovated and put in harmony with the surrounding greenery.
